# Refund Policy
At NOXEN, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
## Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all included accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@noxendesk.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
## EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. NOXEN extends this right to 30 days as a commitment to customer satisfaction. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
## Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@noxendesk.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
## Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification
- Items returned after the 30-day window without prior written agreement
## Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct product.
## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
